Install the App in Three Steps

Start from n1gang.app on your phone so the Android package or iOS destination comes from our own download page. Check the displayed file details, follow your device prompt and open the app after installation. Android may ask you to approve this source once; switch that permission off again when setup is complete. Your existing account credentials work in the app.

Choose your device — Open the download page on Android or iOS, then select the matching option shown for your phone.
Complete installation — Android follows the signed APK prompt, while iOS follows the destination presented on the download page.
Open your account — Launch the app, enter your account details and enable biometric access if your phone supports it.

APP HELP

App Help When You Need It

If the n1gang app will not install, connect or accept a biometric check, reach us from the download page or the help tab after signing in. Our 24-hour chat team can check device details, app version and account status without asking for your password. Email replies suit issues that need screen captures, while the recovery path handles a replaced phone or inaccessible authentication method.

Team online

In-app chat

Open the help tab for 24-hour chat about installation, connection errors or account access. Share your device model and app version, but never send your password.

Email form

Use the secure email form when an issue requires screen captures or a longer description. The form attaches your case number so later replies stay connected.

Recovery path

Changed phones or lost biometric access can be handled through account recovery. We verify the account before allowing a new device to receive secure access.

How We Protect Your App Session

Every Android download begins at n1gang.app, where the package details are displayed before installation.

Signed Android package

The Android package carries a digital signature that your device checks during installation.

Direct download source

Begin through n1gang.app instead of an advertisement, message attachment or unrelated store.

Encrypted connection

Sign-in details and account actions travel through an encrypted connection.

Device access record

A new phone sign-in appears in your account activity and can trigger an alert.

Protected recovery

Account recovery checks ownership before a replacement phone receives access.

Controlled app permissions

The app requests only device functions needed for selected features, such as notifications or biometric entry.

Choose the App or Mobile Browser

Both routes reach your n1gang account, but the installed app is shaped for frequent phone sessions.

Account entry	The app can use fingerprint or face access after setup. A mobile browser generally requires your normal sign-in method whenever its saved session expires.
Alerts	App alerts can report settled bets, access events and service messages by category. Browser messages depend more heavily on browser and phone permission settings.
Betslip behaviour	The app keeps your active betslip within a fixed navigation tab. In the browser, the same selections may require returning to the relevant page.
Lobby access	Saved slot names and recently loaded categories can remain visible in the app during a short connection break. Real sessions still require an active connection.
Updates	The app may request a package update before certain functions continue. Browser changes load from the site when you refresh or begin a new session.
Phone storage	Installation uses phone storage for the app and temporary files. Browser access avoids a full installation but still stores ordinary cache data on your device.

Your n1gang App Questions Answered

Before downloading, check your operating system, available storage and the domain shown in your browser. The answers below cover installation, iPhone access, updates, biometric entry, local deposit status and changing phones. They apply specifically to the n1gang app rather than unrelated APK sources. If your screen behaves differently, send the device model and app version through our support channel for a direct check.

Start at n1gang.app on your Android phone and use the download option shown there. Do not install an APK received through chat, email attachments, advertisements or unrelated stores.

Open the n1gang download page on your iPhone to see the current iOS route for Malaysia. Availability depends on local law and is available where local law permits.

Android may request one-time approval when installing a package outside its usual store flow. Approve only the source reached through n1gang.app, complete installation, then disable that permission again.

Yes, compatible phones can enable biometric entry after a successful secure sign-in. Your password remains the fallback, and changing stored biometrics may require fresh account verification.

The quick deposit screen connects Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost dan FPX and displays the transaction state. Successful transfers are added to account activity with an in-app receipt.

The app displays an update prompt with the route to the current package or iOS destination. Finish active sessions first, then update through the source linked from n1gang.app.

Install the app again from our domain and sign in using your existing account. A new-device check may require verification before biometric entry or sensitive account actions become available.
